Welcome to Clean Concepts, LLC! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By scheduling or using any of our residential or commercial cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Clean Concepts, LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. Each service is customized based on the client’s needs and preferences, including one-time, recurring (e.g., weekly, biweekly, monthly), or specialty cleaning.

2. Booking Methods

Clients can schedule cleaning services through the following channels:

  • Online via ZenMaid booking forms
  • Phone call or text
  • Email
  • Yelp, Google, or Facebook
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Clean Concepts, LLC.

3. Access Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring that our team has proper access to the premises at the scheduled time. If access is not granted and the cleaning cannot be completed, the cancellation policy will apply.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is based on the size, condition, and scope of the job.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Cash
  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Direct deposit
  • Squarecash
  • PayPal
  • Venmo
  • Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost will be charged.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver top-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

7. Liability and Damages

Our cleaners are trained professionals and take great care in your space. However, Clean Concepts, LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or conditions
  • Items improperly installed or secured (e.g., shelves, frames)
  • Normal wear and tear resulting in accidental breakage
  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.

8. Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to areas or items deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous. Clients must inform us in advance of any health or safety concerns (e.g., pests, mold, sharp objects).

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

Client information is treated with the utmost confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or disclose personal or property details to third parties unless required by law.

10. Recurring Services and Rate Changes

Recurring clients receive scheduled cleanings at agreed intervals. Clean Concepts, LLC reserves the right to adjust rates with at least 14 days’ written notice.

11. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services under the following conditions:

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations
  • Unsafe or unsanitary working conditions
  • Disrespectful or inappropriate conduct toward our staff

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
